根據(jù)出產工藝進程按工藝工序進行首件確認，并對每次下卷半制品或制袋制品進行質量控制。咱們假設在出產進程中對印刷、復合、分切、制袋進行首件確認項目表單，依照項目逐項進行。每次下卷均需求取樣找標題，針對標題進行改進。例如印刷，用廢物打樣，先審理顏色，在顏色正確的狀況下，換正料印刷500m后換卷取樣做首件供認，再次檢查顏色、文字、圖像、尺度、全體印刷效果、溶劑殘留等其他質量問題。有問題及時改進，沒有問題再大批量出產，在這個過程中，每一卷料在下卷時均需求取樣檢查質量，也需求施行機長自檢、車間主任監(jiān)督和質量巡檢組成的三層質量把關體系，然后可以有效控制質量問題發(fā)生。就算有質量問題，損失的金額也不會很大，不于半批或整批報廢。
